Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean. But there was 2 1/2 size towels in our room and had to ask for normal size towels for us. But everything else was great!

When we first entered our room, it was not cleaned. The bed was unmade and there were dirty towels on the sink. It was also not the type of room I reserved. I reserved a two double bed room and this was a single king. We had to carry all our luggage back downstairs (no elevator) and ask for a new room. The downstairs hallway smelled. There was not an additional chain-type lock on the door, just a dead bolt.

I have stayed at many, many Quality Inn's and this is absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! The hotel was dirty, smelled dirty and of marijuana, our room was disgusting. I have taken pictures. The walls were filthy dirty, the hair dryer was missing so I had to go out and get one, we only had 2 towels on the rack so we needed to ask for more, the key pad didn't work and we had to get new key cards 4 times, the outside doors didn't work (they just spun) as the handles were broken. It was so awful!
