Clean rooms friendly staff hot water giid breakfast easy access. Easy to find clean pool

Everything was okay I guess but the room was dated we had ceiling tiles that were pushed up holes in them the sheets had holes in them the hot water didn't work I had to go out to my car and get a screwdriver to tighten the screw so we could take showers but you know plus we didn't get the room we were supposed to we're supposed to have a king size room with a pull-out bed but instead we got two queen size beds instead.

Very old hotel amenities. Smoke alarm was wrapped up in a plastic bag. Dinning area had chairs stacked on all but three of the tables. Had to go outside and interrupt his smoke break to get the morning attendant to turn the juice machine on. The lady on duty for our check in was nice. We did not try the onsite restaurant but were told by a few locals that is is quite good. In room refrigerator was nice and larger than most. No staff were disrespectful or overall unpleasant. Area was not unsafe but my wife does not feel secure in rooms that open to the outside instead of a controlled interior corridor. Hotel needs a complete makeover and could be profitable again if the restaurant remains high quality. I would remove my name from the property if I were an investor/owner in Quality Inn.
