I paid for two nights the 18th and 19th on the second night a pipe burst on the 2nd floor flooding the whole place around 2am. The fire department came out and closed the building due to so much water they were asked if the had an evaluation plan they replied "no" so the police relations department called the red cross they were able to move us around 9pm all the while staying in a very unsafe building due to the owners being unreachable it was snowing at the time so the red cross were finally able to move us to different locations I unfortunately was moved to the motor inn another very unsafe environment due to vagrancy and drug use. Choice rewards offered points and a refund for only one day but the refund is somehow going thru zelle I'm very stressed I was living paycheck to paycheck and I was trying to use the quality inn as a stepping stone to getting on my feet I am worrying on my career path with Amazon across the way so my experience was very very bad.

The front desk was very helpful. Room was clean. Not the fanciest hotel, but definitely neat and tidy for the area.

This motel just needs some serious attention. Apparently there is no maintenance done here.The bathroom door appeared to have been kicked in as the door itself around the latch was shattered, the entry door was missing half of the two part security latch, the lid of the toilet was broken and the lid had to be removed to manually flush the toilet as the lever did not work, the heat was off completely (in January) and it took 3-4 hours to get the room warmed up and the controls on the heat were worn off so had to wing it, the TV cord was unplugged on both ends and laying behind the cabinet, the TV had two remotes with no indication of their use, I got it but others would not, the bathroom fan sounded like a blender with ice in it, in the surrounding area outside there was a drugged up woman yelling obscenities at everyone for several hours which may not be able to be controlled but maybe called in at least. I personally can put up with quite a bit because my wife was not with me I just put up with all of it, she would not have.
