The door to the balcony did not work. The door to the bathroom did not close. The breakfast was cold. Air conditioner was very very noisy.

Some one at the front desk allowed an extended stay on my card without my authorization I never approved nor did I go to the front desk to sign for extended stay now you charged me 132 dollars and refuse to address the situation you customer service number won't let you speak to anyone I booked my room through choice rewards so in order to extend my card was suppose to go back in and I was suppose to sign I was not there and they no this terrible
