Clean and affordable place to stay in downtown Waterloo
Convenient downtown location, very reasonable prices, clean, and great staff - however, the noise of downtown as well as other guests can be easily heard at all hours, and (in my own opinion based on personal experience) both the price point and proximity to nightlife in the area seem to attract a certain clientele.
