Miramonte Winery is a family owned boutique winery in the Temecula Wine Valley producing up to 5,000 cases a year. Miramonte is also host to several events on the property including Flamenco Fridays! and Saturday Night Blues Jam.
Owned and operated by the Yakut Family, this 25-acre vineyard is situated 1,400 feet above sea level. Grapes planted at the Yakut Estate Vineyards include Johannisberg Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Viognier, and Muscat. These grapes previously used to make wines for other wineries and limited wines to give to close friends and family are now available to the public via the internet.
Open daily 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mount Palomar Winery is a 173 acre estate producing most of its wine from its own grapes on the 92 acre vineyard. Mount Palomar is well known for its Italian, Mediterranean wines under the Castelleto label, which features Cortese, Sangiovese, and Travato.
This winery consists of 24 acres of both grape vineyards and a winery processing facility. They currently produce 10 different wines with about 6,000 cases annually. The winery is open daily and public tours are available on the weekends. Tastings are available.
