In it's new avatar, 13 Cafe & Lounge exceeds your expectations and with the official dress code being "rocks & rolexes, silicon and steroids" it's hardly surprising. Cuisine that's eclectic and exotic, spirits that come in all colors and sizes and the nightly live acoustic entertainment are some things to look forward to at 13. Reservations are a must on weekends and they have a strict 21+ policy. So whether it's a seafood platter with your pals or a tit-bit with your date, or you simply want to let you hair down and shake a leg, this is the place. Whoever said 13 was unlucky surely hasn't been here!

Shephard's might be a prime party place at Clearwater Beach, but the Waterfront Restaurant offers upscale dining for a more mature crowd. You can catch a fresh buffet for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, seven days a week. Though the Waterfront Restaurant has a menu offering appetizers and entrees, the buffet eclipses these fine selections. With fresh soups and salads to pasta selections, you'll have to make a second trip especially for the main course, prime rib and crab legs. Ice cream and gourmet cakes such as Tiramisu are available for dessert, though it might be difficult to not fill up on the exquisite first and second courses.

Borderline is a club like any other and is best on a weekend with good company. Guzzle some beer and savory snacks, chat with the women, dance to the beat—drunken or not—and just generally have a great time. From Waters Avenue head East and find the club on the right-hand side. Although if you had a bit too much to drink your best bet would be to catch a cab back home.
