Tarpon Springs Historic District is located at Tarpon Springs, Florida. This district is spread over 700 acres (2.8 square kilometers) and has 145 historic buildings. It was added to the National Registrar of Historic Places on December 6, 1990.

Located on the southeast corner of Lake Tarpon, this park lies on 255 acres of rugged natural beauty and has many features including 6,809 linear feet of nature trails, a canoe trail over 2,640 feet in length, a 30 foot-high observation tower, a children's playground, a ball field, picnic areas, and a boat ramp providing access to the lake through a channel.
A vast array of native plants and over 160 bird species and protected wildlife reside in this 8,500 acre wildlife preserve which was set aside for preservation, research, and environmental education. Guided hikes are offered on Saturdays.

Visitors to Anclote Key Preserve State Park have access to 403 acres spanning four islands. The park features miles of sugar white sand bordered by the warm waters of the Gulf. Anclote is accessible by private boat or by the ferry service departing from the sponge docks in Tarpon Springs. Swimming, picnicking, grilling, and primitive camping are allowed at the park. Bird watchers will enjoy observing more than 40 bird species while hikers can make their way to a lighthouse built in 1887. There are two picnic pavilions and restroom facilities at the park. Andrews Memorial Chapel is a former Presbyterian church. It was built in 1888 in a Carpenter Gothic style and features on the National Register of Historic Places. Administered by the Dunedin Historical Society, it is an ideal venue for wedding ceremonies, christenings and funerals, as well as meetings and concerts. It is also open for public visits on Sundays.
