Located inside the Sunnyvale Community Center, the Sunnyvale Theatre stages events and several performing arts shows that are hosted by the city management. The theater is a 200 seater and is well furbished with plush seats and complete with all the stage set-up including sound equipment and lights. The Gateway Neighborhood Center is managed by the Trinity Church of Sunnyvale and functions as a center for sports, fitness and dance. Built in 1934, the Mountain View Adobe or the Historic Adobe Building was originally constructed as a meeting space. Over the years however, the building has served numerous purpose including being a veterans' club as well as a community center hosting social events. Nestled in a picturesque garden, the building was constructed in the Spanish Revival style of architecture. Today, the property is an eclectic space for hosting private events.
