The LSPU Hall is named after its former owners, Longshoremen's Protective Union. Located in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, the hall is a significant piece of history and was built in 1903 out of wood. It currently houses the Resource Center for the Arts, where music concerts, plays and film festivals are routinely held. The hall has become an important tool for cultural activity in St. John's.
