Though UK-based singer Charlotte OC's music is draped in lushly produced electronic atmoshperics and instrumentals, the songstress's voice is still very much front and center. Primarily creating songs with woozy beats, listful synth lines and moody vocals, Charlotte OC has managed to capture the attention of attuned music listeners who are looking for England's emerging young talent.Releasing her debut EP, Colour My Heart, in 2013, Charlotte OC was able to impress music critics on both side of the Atlantic.
