Spend a wonderful day at Wonderland Family Fun Center. The center has an arcade, laser tag, go cart racing, indoor miniature golf and a batting cage. The center also has free stage shows that are often very cheesy, but entertaining. The center is especially equipped for birthday parties and group events.

The Friends of the Centennial Trail both protect and provide information about the Centennial Trail. It begins at the Idaho state line and ends at Nine Mile Falls and is divided into three distinct parts: the urban section, the valley section and the Riverside State park section. The trail is a haven for cyclists, hikers and runners of all ages and levels of fitness; the Riverside State section is the most challenging part, and the most beautiful. Esmeralda offers open space and flat fairways lined with over 2,000 trees. It is a par 70 with 6,249 yards. Esmeralda's layout lends itself to all levels of golfing skills.

This beautiful state park, bisected by the Spokane River, is a top destination for families, thrill-seekers and nature lovers. Here, the following activities are available - white-water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, horse-riding and biking. The Bowl and Pitcher, a naturally occurring phenomenon of huge basalt boulders by the river, is a popular attraction; there is a swinging bridge across the river at this point. Many attractions and landmarks reside within the park, including the Looff Carousel, the historic Clock Tower, and the IMAX Theater. Take a turn around the park on the Spokane Falls Northern Railway, which makes a 40 minute loop around the park, showing off its natural beauty and great river views. The Pavilion in Riverfront Park is a distinctive part of the Spokane skyline, located directly under a massive tent-like structure. Featuring hours of family fun, the Pavilion seasonally offers carnival rides and an ice skating rink, as well as indoor mini-golf, arcade games, the IMAX theater, and a cafeteria. The Pavilion was originally built for the 1974 World's Fair and operates year-round.
