Starbar is an easily accessible and stylish rock club. It is housed in an underground locale, and the starred wall and flower lighting make it really cozy. There is more rave than sweat on the packed dance floor. The music is a mix of Depeche Mode, Sisters of Mercy, Chemical Brothers, Mötley Crue and Marilyn Manson, and this is rock'n roll! The aim is to create a rock club with a lot of 90s, a little bit of glamor and various events. The club has a really open attitude and a good feel. If you don't want to dance, you can always stay in the bar, which has really good pick-up potential.
Sport and party meet when Svea Bowlinghall plays host to club kids on Sundays and Tuesdays. The attractions include loud music, fluorescent pins, balls and alleys. This old dance pavilion has been transformed into a posh nightclub. Businessmen and younger bon vivants make up the crowd, and there is usually some serious partying going on. The interior design is pure nightclub, with a section of big round tables where you can talk without being disturbed by the music. There is also a secluded bar with its own music, and a big dance floor where you can dance to the hit music.
For a feel of a typical Irish tavern, The Foggy Dew bar is the perfect place. It's a cozy joint with live music, sports and the quintessential Irish beer. Sit and have a beer or two with the locals and if you are lucky, you may just see leprechauns dancing around, in the corner.
