»Lompoc Museum

The Lompoc Museum calls the Carnegie Library its home. The museum came into existence in the year 1969 and since then it has educated and fascinated locals and tourists alike. It's an address to interesting collections of archives and documents that give an account of local history. The museum's must-visit, on-site attractions are: Clarence Ruth and the Museum, here visitors can have a look at the artifacts collected by the archaeologist himself. Ruth was always intrigued by the culture of the Chumash Indians, hence at the museum one is bound to find many articles created by these early inhabitants of the Californian coast.
