Located in the beautiful city of Mosinee, the Joseph Dessert Library was built in 1928. The Queen Anne style building was designed by noted architect Alexander C. Eschweiler. The library although old, continues to function even today. The library building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 because of the rich past that it had.
