    Zombie Prom
    Temecula TheaterOctober 25, 2014 7:30 PM
    42051 Main Street
    Temecula, CA 92590
This girl-loves-ghoul off-Broadway musical is set in the atomic 1950s at Enrico Fermi High, where the law is laid down by a zany, tyrannical principal. Good girl Toffee falls for the class bad boy Jonny, but family pressure forces her to end the romance, and the angst-ridden love interest charges off on his motorcycle to the nuclear waste dump. He returns glowing and determined to reclaim Toffee's heart. The principal orders him to drop dead while a scandal reporter seizes on him as the freak du jour. Will Toffee be able to accept Jonny for what he is, corpse and all? Will Jonny be permitted to attend his prom in all his gangrene glory? History comes to his rescue while a tuneful selection of original songs in the style of '50s hits keeps the action rocking across the stage in this "Grease" meets "gross" musical comedy.

Join Edgar Allen Poe as he sets the mood for Halloween with his spookiest tales and anecdotes from his life in "Lord, Help My Poor Soul: An Evening With Edgar Allan Poe". In this award-winning one-man play, actor Travis Rhett Wilson inhabits the Master of the Macabre as he narrates his tragic life and delivers tales of madness like "The Raven" and "The Tell-Tale Heart," as well as Poe's hauntingly melancholic final poem, "Annabel Lee." "Lord, Help My Poor Soul" will transport you back in time to a Halloween in the 1840s to spend the evening with one of our most iconic writers.
