Built by a famous local administrator, Jacques Groslot, in the year 1550 for his family, Hotel Groslot has also served as a town hall during the French Revolution. Today, the house is one of the most famous landmarks of the city known for its regional architecture. The decor of the house is elegant with Renaissance furniture that dates back to the middle of the 19th Century. Jacques Groslot's family stayed in the building till the late 18th Century and its facade is marked by a statue of Joan of Arc. Open to public tours throughout the year, call for more information.
