FireHouse BBQ Food Truck began in 1996 by two firefighters who traveled the country competing in food competitions. They won hundreds of prestigious awards along the way and have been featured on television and both national and location publications. Customers can taste their mouthwatering barbeque dishes on Fridays in Deland or on most Sundays in the Orlando vicinity, as well as other area locations or hire them for catering. FireHouse BBQ only uses prime or choice meat cuts that are slow-cooked for 18 hours using seasoned hardwoods.
