This center collects and preserves Deltona's history plus features art exhibitions, performing arts programs, cultural events, a recording studio, music and acting workshops, and an array of art classes.
The African American Museum of the Arts was established in 1994, and is a platform for several exhibitions of artifacts and memorabilia, as well as performing arts in the community. The DeLand House Museum is a historical estate that was purchased several times and was finally hand over to the City by its owners, Robert and Hawtense Conrad. This house museum displays artifacts, objects and furnishings that were donated by the locals. Through its collection, the museum chronicles the history and cultural heritage of the city of DeLand.
Located in the Stetson University, the Duncan Gallery of Art features contemporary works of art created by amateurs and students. The gallery is cozy and casual, filled with vibrant canvases. Take a moment and allow the beautiful art to seep in. The art-pieces are updated frequently.
A municipal airport was transformed into a Naval Air Station in 1941. This naval air station has in the past trained patrol bombers, dive bombers and so forth. Now, the site has been developed as the DeLand Naval Air Station Museum. Included in the National Register of Historic Places, this museum houses a collection pertaining to military and affiliated avenues.
Occupied by the DeLand Naval Air Station Museum, the Chief Master at Arms House is a historic structure in itself. Containing old photographs, military articles and a number of aircraft such as the TBF Avenger torpedo bomber, a MASH helicopter, 1941 Buick convertible and many others, the museum is any aviation lovers dream come true. There is a special room dedicated to the World War I with different kinds of uniforms and medallions. The museum building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

Currently running as a Historical Museum it features the exhibits about the local history, art and culture.
The monumental site of the Museum of Seminole County History is a highly distinguished site. It is situated at Sanford in Florida. The museum is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built in 1926 and occupies great historic importance. It is a highlight and a constituent of the renowned Seminole County Home. It boasts of distinct exhibits of the Native American inhabitants in the area and the early settlers.
