The Library Park Historic District is located in the vicinity of Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County, New York. McConnell's Windmill is a historic structure built in 1825. The stone windmill became a part of the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and is the only structure of its kind on the American part of the St. Lawrence Valley.
