    Eugene, OR 97401
New York City native Sean Hayes is a singer/songwriter and guitarist whose brand of modern folk music is colored with his upbringing in North Carolina and his travels across the US. Inspired by Americana and traditional Irish music, he spent his early days as a musician playing in a band called Boys of Bluehill before making his way through the South, crafting a distinctive folk rock sound and eventually finding his way to San Francisco. Hayes released his debut studio album, A Thousand Tiny Pieces, in 1999, and has been releasing a steady stream of records from his Bay Area home ever since.

Patchy Sanders With Madrona & The Billy Blues
    Cozmic PizzaSeptember 26, 2014 8:45 PM
    199 West 8th Avenue
    Eugene, OR 97401
Patchy Sanders, a genuine family band, comprised of sisters Dani (banjo, harp) and Jacqui Aubert (vocals), their partners Ian Van Ornum (mandolin, bouzouki, guitar) and Dan Sherrill (guitar, banjo, mandolin), and good friends Sara Wilbur (violin, viola), Eric Jones (upright bass), and Alex Patterson (drums & percussion). While some find it easy to characterize their music, others hesitatingly distinguish their style as noir-grass, neo-folk, neo-Americana, or simply Alternative. Influenced by the broader folk revival of the last 70+ years, the band’s three distinct songwriters draw upon diverse influences to bring forth a new, yet familiar sound. $8 Advance/ $10 Day Of Show

    Zac Brown Band

    Eugene, OR 97403
Remember "that guy" in high school that would roam the halls with his guitar strumming chords and running over various scale progressions? Well, Zac Brown was one of those guys. After he became an adept guitar player, Brown decided to form a country music ensemble and for lack of a better name, he decided to call his group the Zac Brown Band. The country-friendly outfit managed to land a respectable recording contract in 2008 and since then the group has found a large fan base in America's heartland that enjoys Brown's modern take on simple country tunes.
