With an airport-adjacent location and plentiful seating for groups and private functions, Malone's is a great spot for a quick casual meal, business or no.
Barbecue Kitchen keeps guests coming back with their authentic Southern-style home cooking and friendly service. If you're looking for something fussy and upscale, this smokehouse isn't for you. The interior is sparse, almost institutional, but fill it with locals happily chowing down and chatting away and the spirit of the place comes to life. There are about ten entree options such as roasted chicken, meatloaf and ham hocks, and each entree comes with three vegetable sides. Best of all, Barbecue Kitchen happily provides free "refills" on all their veggies. Be advised, the restaurant is cash only.
Located in a historic building, this wonderful restaurant was originally a feed store called J.D. Smith Grain. The restaurant stays true to its roots with upscale southern barn decor along with contemporary furniture. The Feed Store serves modern twists on traditional southern dishes like Coca-Cola Baked Beans and the BBQ Quail Deviled Eggs. The seasonal menu means that your favorite summer dishes may not be there if you return in winter, but no matter what you order you can guarantee it will be delicious.
The Pecan lures customers with their delicious Southern fare. Located in College Park, it is run by Chef Tony Morrow, who has worked for several Buckhead Life Restaurants. Diners can start off with a sumptuous salad, then move on to the popular Tilapia Sandwich, or the Black Angus Beef Burger.
