Morack Golf Course is one of the many hidden treasures around Melbourne's golf course landscape. Although only 30 minutes drive from the city center, you could be deep in the countryside, such is the feeling of solitude, with views of the Dandenong Ranges making for a pleasant round. Malvern Valley Golf Course is one of the easiest to find if you have not been to Melbourne before. Adjacent to the Monash Freeway and located in the Gardiners Creek Valley, it is only a short trip from the central business district. The course is a par 67 architect-designed layout that provides a true test of skill, with superb greens all year round. The dress code is neat casual. A bar, bistro and function center are all open to the public. Bookings are strongly recommended.
