Lake Lac Le Jeune is situated within the Lac Le Jeune Provincial Park and is named after a benevolent Catholic priest Jean-Marie-Raphaël Le Jeune. It is an ideal holiday spot during the summers. The park offers a variety of activities for recreation, and is also open during the winters for skiing and ice skating.

This park was once a refuge for a group of Chinese Canadians who worked for the Canadian Pacific Railway in the late 19th Century. The Nl'akapxm Eagle Motorplex is a drag race strip located near Ashcroft, British Columbia. Previously the Cache Creek Aero Club’s old air strip, the race strip was established in 1980 and the track has been holding motorcar and motorbike races since 1987. The track stretches across a quarter of a mile and has three turns. The drag-strip also holds classes and other events.
