This renowned, luxurious restaurant is one of Bordeaux's better-known spots for power lunches and dinners. It is located near many of the city's major office buildings, and thus attracts a sophisticated crowd that appreciates excellent regional cooking. Local products are used to create sumptuous, innovative and original dishes: foie gras is a specialty of the house, and seafood dishes are of particular note. The wine list offers some of the great vintages of the region, the service is discreet and professional, and the pastel-colored décor is perfectly suited to productive or escapist dining.
