Have you ever loved something so much that you couldn't let go? A dying pet that you've come to love, a significant other that's starting to wreak havoc on your soul, or, in this case, a band that ran its dutiful course decades ago. The Grateful Dead was a wonderful sonic phenomenon that helped breathe life into the jam band genre, but after decades spent on the road the band became somewhat of a cliche of itself and after lead guitarist Jerry Garcia died in 1995, the group was done and it disbanded. But a few musicians decided to recreate the Dead's music on a regular basis. This band is called Dark Star Orchestra and it's basically a Grateful Dead cover band that performs tried and true tunes that helped make the Dead a jam band establishment.

Nothing could prepare Cass for the dirty little secret her husband's been keeping in his sweater drawer. Shocked by what she discovers, Cass abandons her husband and her run-of-the-mill life for a fresh start in the honeymoon capital of the world. Niagara Falls offers up a treasure trove of bizarre characters who accompany Cass on a journey of discovery that's utterly absurd and desperately funny. Written by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Lindsay-Abaire ("Rabbit Hole, Fuddy Meers"), the play debuted in 2000 with Sarah Jessica Parker as Cass, and was hailed by "The New York Times" as "exceedingly whimsical and playfully wicked."

Subhumans is a hardcore, British punk band. The band hit the English punk scene in the early 1980s with its anarcho-punk sound, and while it no longer records new material, the Subhumans continues to reunite for tours and live performances.

New York-based Anamanaguchi claims to use a 1985 Nintendo Super NES to make almost all of its music. The hyper, neon sounds of the NES make for an epileptic listening experience, which is then amplified by the fact that Anamanaguchi injects punk percussion into many of its tracks, resulting in a truly neck-breaking experience. The band has chosen to self-release much of its music, presumably due to the copyrighted glitch samples lifted from 1980s Nintendo games. The band does tour though, offering a live experience worthy of any die-hard gamer's extracurricular time.
