Filmmaker Stephanie Soechtig and journalist Katie Couric investigate the underlying causes behind the epidemic, including the marketing strategies of major U.S. food producers.        Guest speaker: Marisa Sweeney, Dietitian, Be Well Morristown Wednesday, February 25th 6:45-9:00pm Food Matters examines how the food we eat can help or hurt our health. Nutritionists, naturopaths, doctors, and journalists weigh in on topics organic food, food safety, raw foodism, and nutritional therapy.
