The building in which Preservation Hall Restaurant is located dates back to the early 20th century. The restaurant often hosts live music nights as well as open mic nights. So if you want to grab a bite to eat with a bunch of friends while listening to live performers or want to perform yourself, keep your eyes on their Facebook page.

While serving up a somewhat unusual combination of sushi and steaks, Sake does justice to both. While it's location on the city outskirts, is not a strong point, Sake has a following of its own thanks to an excellent menu of the finest cuts of aged meat and freshly prepared sushi. Start off with the varied appetizer selection featuring such delights as crab cakes and gyoza. For steak lovers, classics like Filet Mignon and New York Strip should do the trick. For lighter appetites, you can choose from the varied sandwich menu. The entree selection sports a high Japanese influence and is diverse, with favorites including Chicken Katsu Dinner, Salmon Teriyaki, Miso Marinated Grouper and many more. Seafood enthusiasts can head to the sushi bar for freshly cut sushi delights. The wine selection throws up some great pairing options. Finish off with one of the Asian-inspired desserts. The atmosphere inside is comfortable and suited to casual dining and conversations.
