Nestled in Lakeland, Lake Bonny Park is a field that is used as a playground for multiple sports activities. The place includes a large expanse, out of which there are two fields; one dedicated to softball and one to baseball. Child of the Sun, or the Florida Southern College Architectural District, is a building complex that is part of the Florida Southern College. It was designed 1941 onward by Frank Lloyd Wright, the famous American architect, making it one of his largest building complexes at one site. Some of these buildings include the Ordway Building, the Water Dome, the Annie Pfeiffer Chapel, the Watson Building and many more. There is a visitor center on site that exhibits documentation of Wright's association with the college and his works, along with a gift shop as well.
