January 24, February 24, March 4, April 11, May 9 Join us for one or more Saturday morning hands-on classes to learn how to cook afternoon coffee treats from each of the five Nordic countries. Review the history and culture of each treat, roll up your sleeves and cook, then stay afterward for a proper Nordic fika. Each class is 2-4 pm.
