The workshop allows you to experience the correct postures and set about the changes necessary for a beneficial practice. Call to find out more information and class schedules.
This is perhaps not the most sophisticated of activities but that does not mean it is not great fun. A 200-square meter (2152-square foot) indoor terrain allows young and old alike plenty of opportunity to stalk and ambush one another with harmless laser guns. While it is enjoyable as both an after-school and an after-dinner activity, adults should prepare to be utterly humiliated by some 12 year-old child who inevitably takes the top spot in the players hall of fame.
Spread across several levels, this center offers a range of multimedia for consultation and occasionally for loan. Adults and children alike will find plenty of opportunities for both learning and pleasure. The music room offers CD, records and magazines, while there is also a video library for children and adults. Books are not entirely forgotten, with a library containing over 2000 comic strips. Finally there is a computer library containing educational software and cultural, linguistic and various other CD-ROMs.

It is also an important natural habitat as species like pink flamingos, herons, jellyfish, oysters, mussels and others are frequently spotted here.
