Cordel Botequim is a new regional bar in Recife offering local specialities and spirits. Decorated with works of famous Pernambuco's artists, the place also has set meal options for lunch from Monday to Friday. You can taste one of the place's most popular dishes, Carne de Sol com Queijo Coalho e Cebolas, is a famous regional meal of jerked beef, curdled cheese and sautéed onions.
