Atomic Bowl Duckpin is one of the only two remaining Midwest duckpin bowling alleys (along with Action Duckpin Bowling - also located in the Fountain Square Theater Building). This form of bowling employs shorter pins and a smaller ball, and reached the apex of its popularity in the first half of the twentieth century. »Action Duckpin Bowl

Duckpin bowling became a craze in the 1920s, with its signature short pins and smaller ball, and alleys popped up all over the country. Today few traditional lanes remain, with Action Duckpin Bowl (on the forth floor of the Fountain Square Theatre Building) one of the only locations in the Midwest. The 1928 alley has been restored to the decor of its glory days, with eight lanes, vintage equipment, a 1918 pool table, and historic bowling paraphernalia. The bowling alley also hosts a snack bar, full bar, and a large seating area with catering services for parties of up to 100.

What is now a theater and a theater company began its journey as a small theater group in the year 1973 as "Four C Theatre". Later on, the popularity of the company grew and it acquired a permanent location in an ancient chapel. In the year 2001, the company relocated in Buck Creek Playhouse, which is now their stage for performances. The theater is a small establishment with seating only for 130 people and hosts plays with a wide variety of genres, ranging from musicals to experimental theater and youth theater.
