    Jimmy, the club's live parrot, says, "Change your latitude and change your attitude."     The atmosphere is rustic in this turn-of-the-century wooden building that has a huge wrap-around deck. The deck seats a hundred people during outdoor performances of popular bands and entertainers on Thursdays and Sundays. The walls are covered with license plates from every state, barbed wire and an assortment of railroad memorabilia. The kitchen claims to serve the 'best barbecue in town,' but it is the hamburgers and fries that reign supreme. Gigantic burgers weigh 1/2 pound after being cooked and are served with scrumptious homemade French fries. Wash it down with an ice-cold longneck for the best results.
