Come to the The Lucky Monk for a great burger and some awesome in-house beers. A local favorite around here, the service is always top notch! The food pricing is not low, but quite OK for the rather large servings. Definitely a restaurant to try out! Recommended dishes: Al pastor pizza and the bourbon stout burger.

Jersey‘s Pizza & Grill is everything a sports lover wants - a cool sports bar with huge HD screens and big HDTVs, good food and great drinks. It is also a place where you will troop in with your family and friends for a great time out. Must try's are their wings and pizzas, if you don't want that then opt for their burgers, salads, steaks and ribs. Cheers!
L'eiffel Bistrot & Creperie, featuring a tight, controlled menu of French classics, is certainly the most refined restaurant in South Barrington's Arboretum shopping center. If the wrought iron decor, minimalist place settings and warm lighting didn't tip you off, L'Eiffel's predominantly French language menu will cement the bistro-recreation vibe. Appetizers are split into froid and chaud (cold and hot) and feature charcuterie and cheese boards as well as fois gras and escargot. It is worth noting here that L'eiffel gets as much local produce as is possible and creates each dish from scratch. The entrees are a fairly traditional assortment of seafood and beef, while some dishes like the Burger du Frenchie are simply American dishes with a name change. Also atypical of French cuisine, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available and graciously labeled.
Pinstripes is a concept that keeps in mind family fun and entertainment. Offering 40,000 square feet (approximately 3716 square meters) of space, this place is complete with a bistro. It has an extensive list of dishes with something for everyone. A kids menu, gluten free meals, and chef specials are all available. A patio with a fire pit in the center is one spot which always sees a crowd gathered around. Live music is on every Friday and Saturday, and features local artists and excellent music. The light brunch offered every Sunday from 10am onwards is reasonably priced and proves to be an excellent start to a fun-filled day. Pinstripes has created such a buzz that the company has other centers across the state and one in Minnesota. Space is available for private parties too.
