A spin-off from its parent store, C'est la Vie caters to the same upscale customers, but specializes in designer lingerie and clothing. Customers can alternatively buy their clothing next door or from here and then come to C'est la Vie to pick out what to wear beneath them. The store features brands such as Valege, Anbade and La Perla and offers a wide range of styles.
This store sells great women's swimwear and accessories. It has been operating in Hermosa Beach since the mid 1990s and is a popular place to buy bathing suits. In addition to swimwear it sells shorts, summer dresses, beach shoes, sunglasses, watches, jewelry and beach bags. The clientele ranges from teens to women in their 50s. This store will make shopping for swimwear a less traumatic experience.
This store sells a little bit of everything. In the 80s Dennis Jarvis designed the first Spyder Surfboard in Hermosa Beach for his own use on a professional world surfing tour. He took his passion for surfboards and started his own company that now produces one of the premier lines of surfboards and equipment. In addition to the existing line you are welcome request a custom board to meet your needs. Spyderboards also sells all the relevant surf gear. Check out their second location, also at 65 Pier Avenue, called Spyder II.
Open since 1953, Dive n' Surf is a fantastic shop that caters to scuba divers and surfers of all levels of expertise. Twin brothers Bob and Bill Meistrell, the owners, went on to creator the Body Glove wetsuit. You can find a great selection of these suits in the shop. Dive n' Surf also carries a full line of beachwear and casual clothing. Whatever your needs, even if you are not into surfing or diving, check out this historic store.
Located on a short pier over Redondo Beach, this site serves up market-style seafood to grateful locals and visitors. Views of both the water (and the folks that fish there) can be seen from both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Live seafood is displayed in large tanks of lobsters, crabs and other daily offerings. The many varieties of steamed and smoked fish and crabs are not to be missed. Located within the South Bay Galleria, this outlet of Wetzel’s Pretzels was the very first one, established by business men, Rick Wetzel and Bill Phelps, in 1994. The shape of the pretzel, dough twisted into a knot, inspired Wetzel to add twists to the flavors as well. Apart from a regular pretzel, you'll find delicious variants like Jalapeno Cheese Melt, Grateful Garlic and Pepperoni Twist. The most interesting offering on the menu is definitely their Wetzel Dog, which combines hot dog and a pretzel. This shopping center also has a Wetzel’s Pretzels kiosk at the center court, on the first floor.
Established in 1985 and spread across three floors, South Bay Galleria is one of the oldest and largest shopping centers in Redondo Beach. It is home to a great selection of stores such as Nordstrom, Nine West, Macy's, Swarovski and numerous other upscale and funky clothing stores to meet your needs.
