»First United Methodist Church

The eloquent First Methodist Church is a monumental church in Searcy, Arkansas. Constructed in 1872, it is accurately located at the prime junction of the Main and Market Streets. Only two of Blanchard Springs Caverns' three levels are open for guided tours. The main mineral deposited in the speleothems of Blanchard Springs Caverns is calcite, the same mineral found in the limestone layers that make up the bedrock of the Ozark Mountains.
