Established in 1905, first in Agricola street, the Mayflower Curling Club is one of the most prime locations in Nova Scotia for curling matches and events. The club was unfortunately destroyed in the Halifax explosion of 1917, after which it was moved to its current location on the Monaghan Drive in 1962. Host to curling events in the Canada Winter Games of 2011, the Mayflower curling rinks ranks one of the best in the city.
