The Central Canal Towpath is five miles of crushed limestone path, first built in the 19th century. Winding along a lovely waterway among trees and nature, it is the perfect place for a walk, run or bike. The canal is known to have blue herons, turtles, ducks and fish, so you can observe some wildlife while you enjoy a little exercise.
