A former farm, the Cornerstone Festival Grounds is a huge venue used specifically for the Cornerstone Festival annually. Unlike the restaurant, Blackhawk Room at Bier Stube is not widely publicized but it is a hit among music lovers in the know. This intimate space has hosted touring musicians and bands. The Horseshack in downtown Rock Island is quite an unconventional platform for upcoming local and national independent bands. Adopted by the website Daytrotter.com as their recording studio in 2006, this state-of-the-art studio has hosted the recordings of more than 2000 sessions by various indie bands. During the sessions, each band records four songs which are then available for downloads and live streaming on the website on payment of a small fee. The list of artists/ bands who have recorded their songs here is endless and growing as the days go by. Set in a 1930s building, The Washington is a laidback music venue with a great sound system. It features an entwined horseshoe bar and a game room with a dart board and pool tables. The Antoine LeClaire House was originally built in 1855 by one of the founders of Davenport. Now a community center, it is the hub of civic activity and point of tourist information. It hosts meetings and programs, and also offers information on local history, culture and attractions.

Located on the northwest side of the Davenport region in Iowa, the John Littig House is a significant structure and occupies great monumental value over the decades. Spanning about 0.9 acres (0.36 hectares), the house was established in 1867. The stone farmhouse was built by John Littig and was later bought by the city of Davenport. It functions as an exquisite meeting place for accomplished and prominent organizations.
