This museum celebrates the richness of African and African-American history, art, and culture in the Central San Joaquin Valley through exhibition, theater, music, and education. The museum hosts rotating and permanent displays concerning African-American history and culture, as well as interpretive displays that describe the lives and times of leading San Joaquin Valley African-American literature.
