Park City Powder Cats offers premier powder skiing and snowboarding in the magnificent Unita Mountains. Guides are also available to share their knowledge about the 40,000 acre backcountry. Your ability should be at a fairly advanced levels, it is recommended that you are able to ski all the slopes in all conditions at nearby ski resorts. Make sure you have all your ski equipment prior to getting to The Thousand Peaks Ranch. It is open daily from 8.30 am.
Previously used as a mode of transport, the Union Pacific Rail Trail is now a major recreational area. The railways ceased to operate in 1989 and soon after this state park came into existence.
