Though formed in 1859, after several obstacles and the Civil War, the Trinity Church got its permanent home in 1874. Over the time, decline in attendance, financial debts and other issues plagued the church, and in 1972 the church successfully combated all the obstacles and regained its Parish status. Today, the Trinity Episcopal Church welcomes one and all with open arms and binds all together as God’s community. Included in the National Register of Historic Places, this church truly blends religious values with communal unity.
