»Abk - Anybody Killa

April 29, 2015 6:00 PM

Abk, short for Anybody Killa, is a Native American rapper from Detroit. Abk's middle finger was cut off at a car factory while performing with his old group Krazy Klan (why a band was playing in a car factory in the first place is up for debate). He decided to split from the group and go solo in 2000 with Rain From The Sun. Blending elements of his ancestors' storytelling skills and horror film references in songs like "Trail of Tears" and "Guilletine pt.2," Abk's voice is distinct because of his obvious lisp. Like the true juggalo that he is, Abk paints his face black, white and red, and wears a giant white bandanna that covers most of his forehead and brow.

»A View From The Bridge

April 29, 2015 6:55 PM

A View From The Bridge is a theatrical production written by the legendary playwright Arthur Miller. In two acts Miller unfolds the plot of a family drama set in a working class Italian borough near the Brooklyn Bridge. In most productions, the character Eddie breaks the fourth wall to narrate the story to the audience. Eddie is a man who works at the docks in New York and runs into conflicts with a fellow longshoreman named Marco, who is constantly trying to show off his strength. Most theater scholars speculate that A View From The Bridge is Arthur Miller's adaptation of a classic Greek tragedy.
