Little York Pavilion is the renowned trolley park pavilion, located at Preble in Courtland County. Constructed in 1906, it is a prominent structure with the Stick/Eastlake technique of architecture. Various additions and alterations took place, however, the primary structure stands the same - two stories, rectangular at the core, and a pavilion in each corner. Ever since 1972, the pavilion has been home to the significant Cortland Repertory Theatre. Also, the Little York Lake offers facilities for boating, dancing and picnicking. A prime alteration to the Little York Pavilion has been the addition of a restroom facility that was upgraded in 1961.
