Brian Bachmann Community Park is located on 1600 Rock Prairie Road and is considered to be the first athletic community park. Spanning across an area of 44.7 acres (18.09 hectares), the park is well-equipped with facilities like playgrounds, pool, playgrounds, tennis courts and restrooms.
Located on the 501 Rock Prairie Road, Jack & Dorothy Miller Park is a 10 acre- (4.05 hectare) park. the park features athletic fields, playgrounds, jogging trails and exercise stations.
Stephen C. Beachy Central Park is a recreational park located on the 1000 Krenek Tap Road. Over its 47.2 acre (19.10 hectare) area, the park has a basketball court, playgrounds, pavilion, bike trails and tennis courts.
This neighborhood park in the heart of the city spans 7.5 acres (3.03 hectares), and is well landscaped, with manicured greens and ornaments. There are numerous picnic areas as well as a basketball court on site.
A prestigious member of the Texas A&M University is its mascot Reveille. Referred to as “the first lady” on campus, she has a Five-Star General ranking in the institution’s Corps of Cadets, with royalty treatment to match. Located near Kyle Field, there is a cemetery dedicated to all the past Reveilles. This space shadowed by the scoreboard is the final resting place of the beloved canine.
Veterans Park and Athletic Complex is sports park in the city of College Station. Spread across an area of 150 acre (60.70 hectare), the park is equipped with playground, well-marked trails, athletic fields and also features a Brazos Valley Veterans Memorial.
Spanned in an area of 5.14 acre (2.08 hectare) of land, Billie Madeley Park is a local neighborhood park. There are many well-marked nature and bike trails. It is also an important site for nature study.
Hensel Park is a 29.7 acre (12.02 hectare) park located in the city of College Station. The park has amenities like pavilions, playground, restrooms, picnic units, jogging trails, volleyball court, to name a few. The park also has parking facility for 70 cars.
A sprawling nature park spanning 515.5 acres (208.6 hectares), Lick Creek Park is a stunning natural oasis and attracts outdoor lovers. The park offers hiking and biking trails as well as equestrian activities.
Located strategically in the center of the town, the Brazos Center is a multi-purpose facility. It is used for conducting a series of events, receptions, conferences and meetings. The center has excellent facilities for these events.
Camelot Park is a park with an open space of 21 acres (8.4984 hectares), located in the city of Bryan. It is open to the public, so if you have the passion for golf, you'll definitely love this place. It has a nine- hole golf- field and a small walking track.
Museum of the American G.I. tells the story of American servicemen and women through exhibits of army gear, uniform and arms throughout history. Prominent attractions at the museum include the Texas Heroes Exhibit and display of restored vehicles.
