This little museum in West Spartanburg is a great place to visit for those who love trains, especially if you have children. Inside visitors will find miniature trains of course, but they can also learn about the history of trains and how they shaped the formation of Greenville as well as Spartanburg. There is a replica caboose on-site and kids can hop aboard various mini-train rides.

The BMW Zentrum is a visitors center and museum that showcases this famous car at the only manufacturing plant in the United States. It's technically located in the exurb of Greer (between Greenville and Spartanburg), and inside visitors will see many different versions of engineered perfection.
