»Joseph W. Russ Junior House

The Joseph W. Russ Jr. House is an eminent historic site in Marianna, Florida. It is undoubtedly one of the most visually enchanting homes in the city. If sources are to be believed, it is also one of the most haunted! There have been actual pictures of the tower, where a shadow of a figure appears. In the battle of Mariana, several men were wounded and killed at this site. As time passed, the house lost its rich glory and became a mysterious and gloomy place. At present, the house is publicly owned but the ghost stories continue. Haunted or otherwise, it is a must visit.
