Zion Reformed Church was established by German immigrants in Chambersburg. Though the congregation was founded in 1778, and the church was constructed over three decades later in 1813. The church building is a beautiful representation of Gregorian architecture. A notable feature of the church are its two chandeliers that are as old as the church itself. Zion Reformed Church is known as the 'rose rent church', one of the three churches in Chambersburg that annually pays a rose as rent fee to founder Colonel Benjamin Chambers's descendants.
The Hays Bridge Historic District is a beautiful historic property. Featuring the beauties of the most contributing structure of the site, the main from where the property gets it's name is the Hays Bridge. The other structures include houses, bank barn dating 19th century. The covered bridge is a historic landmark of the property that is also the only remaining cob=vered bridge of the Franklin County.
The Harbaugh's Reformed Church is a historic church in the town of Washington in Pennsylvania. Built in 1892, this Late Gothic Revival church features red brick exteriors and stained glass windows and also has a cemetery on the church grounds. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002 and can be rented for private events and functions.

This district boasts of nearly 50 historical landmarks that further add to its historical heritage. The historical area was included in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
