The Warehouse District situated in downtown Cleveland was initially a residential area of the city. It developed commercially in the 1850s and is known for its splendid architecture. In 1982 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

The Quicken Loans Arena, known as Gund Arena until 2005, opened in 1995, and is home to the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association. The Arena seats nearly 20,000, depending on the event. Situated in the Gateway Complex in downtown, it is surrounded by parking, hotels and restaurants. In addition to the Cavaliers, the arena also hosts many of the major concerts in Cleveland, as well as professional wrestling and ice-skating.
The Eucid Avenue Historic District spread over 125 acres (51 hectares) of land is a historic district. Later on an added 4 acres (1.6 hectares) of land was added on to this district. Consisting of the late 19th and 20th Century architectural styles, the best homes are located here along the long stretch. This beautiful street is a great place to visit for the tourists as it reflects the history of the early times in it's architecture. This distric was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
